DEPRESSION

Report

DEPRESSION”
******************************
I ran as fast as I could. Trying to escape from the cruel world. I’m here backwoods. You can’t see nothing but those dried oak trees and dead environment. Nothing to hear but only silence.
Few steps ahead. I saw a girl in a white dress with blood stains trace in it. I don’t know why, but she’s like a magnet that pulls and let me come closer to her.
As I came closer, she suddenly plastered a wide smile with her tears flowing down on her cheeks.
“We did it!” She said making me confused.
“W-we did what? I don’t know what you’re saying!” I responded and I almost shouted.
“We finally escape from them! They don’t appreciate all your efforts! You did everything to be a good daughter for them, but still it’s not enough! You’re in the top of the class, but then it’s still not enough for them to make proud of your achievements!”
“I’m sorry, but I don’t know what you’re talking ab-”
“You know what I’m talking about. You’re already tired to prove yourself to them, so we killed them!”
“N-no way. No! I didn’t! I’m innocent!” I...

shouted as with my hands trembling and frustration hit me.
“Look at your hands? You’re holding a knife with the trace of blood on it. The evidence is already speaking for itself, Veronica.” She said as she looked down. It caught me shock as I saw what I am holding. My hands trembled that caused the knife to slipped of my hand.
“Don’t worry. We just did the right thing!” She mumbled in a dreadful behavior.
“No! I’m innocent” I shouted and I gave my full force to break the mirror in front of me. Bloods dripped from my hands because of what I did.
My legs became weak that caused me to fell on the ground with full of shards of glass.
My knees bleeds as pain and guilt starts to invade me. I cried loud, not because of tiny wounds in my knees, but because of realizing what I did.
Yes, I killed my parents because they don’t appreciate me as their daughter. I did.
I wiped my tears and suddenly switched my emotion. I forced a smile and let burst a evil laugh and whispered…
“I just did the right thing.”
